($LSPD) traded in a range until breaking out to new highs in November 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After doubling over the next three months, $LSPD formed a new all-time high in February 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since pulling back in March, Lightspeed POS has been trading in a sideways range and is now poised for an explosive breakout to resume the uptrend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Continue id=\"Monstrous_Revenue_Growth\"><\/span>Monstrous Revenue Growth<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As with most of the trades in our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/morpheustrading.com\/services\/swing-trade-alerts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/morpheustrading.com\/services\/swing-trade-alerts\">swing trading report<\/a>,<\/strong> we primarily look for a combination of strong earnings and\/or sales growth <em>and<\/em> a proper <a href=\"https:\/\/new.morpheustrading.com\/blog\/best-stock-breakouts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/new.morpheustrading.com\/blog\/best-stock-breakouts\/\">basing pattern<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$LSPD reported three consecutive quarters of increasing revenue growth at +62%, +78%, and +127% respectively, though it currently lacks earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since huge earnings growth is typically a target of institutional accumulation, fund ownership has also increased from 179 to 340 since June 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lightspeed POS also has an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investors.com\/ibd-university\/find-evaluate-stocks\/exclusive-ratings\/#:~:text=Relative%20Strength%20(RS)%20Rating&amp;text=The%20RS%20Rating%20tracks%20a,in%20terms%20of%20price%20performance.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.investors.com\/ibd-university\/find-evaluate-stocks\/exclusive-ratings\/#:~:text=Relative%20Strength%20(RS)%20Rating&amp;text=The%20RS%20Rating%20tracks%20a,in%20terms%20of%20price%20performance.\">IBD relative strength rating<\/a> of 92, with its price doubling in less than four months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" moving average has turned up and is providing support at the lows of its recent base of consolidation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, let&#8217;s drill down to the shorter-term daily chart to determine the ideal buy entry point:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.morpheustrading.com\/~rick\/\/charts\/2021\/210609LSPD1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.morpheustrading.com\/~rick\/\/charts\/2021\/210609LSPD1.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/a><figcaption><em>Press the chart to view full-sized image<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As circled on the chart above, the current rally was sparked by an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.historicalstockresearch.com\/public\/112.cfm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.historicalstockresearch.com\/public\/112.cfm\">undercut<\/a> of several weeks of lows in May, followed by a big volume gap up on May 20. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After rallying +30% off its May lows, $LSPD pulled back and found support between its rising 10 and 20-day exponential moving averages&#8211;both of which are now above the 50-day moving average that is turning up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With all these positive signs of building momentum, we are now on the lookout for a breakout above the clear resistance area of $74.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the price of Lightspeed POS closes above resistance and holds, then the stock could quickly test the base highs (around $80) and blast off to new all-time highs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Waiting for a breakout above the base high before buying is an option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, given the clear resistance at $74, we prefer a more favorable risk-reward by buying a breakout above the resistance level (with support from the 10 and 20-day EMAs just below). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, recent IPOs have been doing well lately, with strong price action in stocks such as $RBLX (a recent <a href=\"https:\/\/new.morpheustrading.com\/blog\/rblx-breakout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"
