&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As mentioned in last Friday&#8217;s report, we never know how long&nbsp;a&nbsp;rally will last.&nbsp; Our job is to judge&nbsp;the&nbsp;price and volume action on&nbsp;a&nbsp;daily&nbsp;basis and react accordingly, adding exposure as positions work and backing off if they fail.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;Nasdaq Composite closed at&nbsp;the&nbsp;prior swing high and 50-day&nbsp;MA.&nbsp; Let&#8217;s see if&nbsp;the&nbsp;price can punch through resistance and set&nbsp;a&nbsp;clear higher high.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ci5.googleusercontent.com\/proxy\/we7KUwSmu1rKP4VE2sLYo33ESfjyR0irGorz1sK9PboauQ23z7EIUVXzc2naVt62B9XYmktHzS_xbmIu9kRkBp1xOR-ZGk66hlKkALfn1zJT5xs=s0-d-e1-ft#https:\/\/www.morpheustrading.com\/~rick\/\/charts\/2021\/220711IXIC.png\" alt=\"$Nasdaq\" width=\"636\" height=\"532\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;model portfolio added two new positions on Friday ($PRVA and $SWAV) and added to an existing position in $LI.&nbsp; &nbsp;Per&nbsp;intraday alert, sold 1\/4 of $XBI into strength.&nbsp;&nbsp;The&nbsp;plan with&nbsp;the&nbsp;remaining position is to sell into strength at $90 or higher, or exit on&nbsp;a&nbsp;break of&nbsp;the&nbsp;rising 10-day&nbsp;EMA (whichever comes first).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before we add more exposure, we&#8217;d like to see recent buys follow through to&nbsp;the&nbsp;upside.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are&nbsp;a&nbsp;few stocks in play this week for those who are looking to add more long exposure (see unofficial watchlist below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>$ITCI is&nbsp;a&nbsp;biotech with triple-digit sales growth that is trading just below its all-time high.&nbsp;&nbsp;The&nbsp;daily&nbsp;chart is in play (unofficial) over last Friday&#8217;s high or over&nbsp;the&nbsp;range high.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ci5.googleusercontent.com\/proxy\/UlToDOasQ2kbbmafTy6APtoDbifKx7-U-XKz-2c5iUnraqyzoT_giKwFhNhB-GHF1yxwATe4ZvmAvfTJ6s9kTsvY_ScWfpYHghTuBqdeq2rO4a80=s0-d-e1-ft#https:\/\/www.morpheustrading.com\/~rick\/\/charts\/2021\/220711ITCI1.png\" alt=\"$ITCI\" width=\"656\" height=\"604\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside candle last month&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ci4.googleusercontent.com\/proxy\/7qsUe_1qhGw_pIuWa0G1NSjjcuSPte1FgcGPYZ9MxuKWCJKPil31ULTmfcwlrTEDxS02_ZtDxShXiosVY2EsdDki2aqhF_iLh1FcxbmPGFLUjFWv=s0-d-e1-ft#https:\/\/www.morpheustrading.com\/~rick\/\/charts\/2021\/220711ITCI2.png\" alt=\"$ITCI MONTHLY\" width=\"656\" height=\"604\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>$LNTH moved out above $65 on&nbsp;a&nbsp;pick-up in volume from last Friday&#8217;s unofficial watchlist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Unofficial Setups<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211;
